The YEP business training consists of the following self-paced online lessons:

Evaluating You and Your Business Idea:
Is entrepreneurship right for you? Do you have a viable business idea? This lesson helps you evaluate the characteristics needed to be a successful entrepreneur and provides information on how to develop a viable business idea.

Legal Structure
This lesson covers what a business legal structure is and how to pick the right one for your business.

Permits and Licenses
Every business requires certain permits and licenses to operate. This lesson will help you determine which permits & licenses you will need for your type of business and how to obtain them.

This lesson explores the definition and types of marketing and how they are used to generate awareness of your business and drive sales.

One of the most crucial elements of running a successful business is sound financial planning. This lesson covers how to determine startup costs and manage your business finances.

Regardless of the type of business you start, having a presence on the web is crucial. This lesson covers how to develop a website for your business and get it online.
