A 2-minute video of your Elevator Pitch – PowerPoint Presentation of your business idea  (template provided)

Get Help with Your Submission
Southwestern College business faculty and professional business advisors are available to help you develop your submission for the competition at two open information labs. Labs for Southwestern College students will be held at the Southwestern College Career Center on March 1 & 10, from 11:45 AM to 1:15 PM. 

Lab 1 – March 1, 2016
Get an overview of the business pitch competition and what you will need to submit with your entry. Review of the PowerPoint template and resources available to assist you with developing your pitch. One-on-one help from professional business advisors will be available.

Lab 2 – March 10, 2016
Additional one-on-one help from professional business advisors and Southwestern College Business Faculty to help fine-tune your entry for the competition. Video equipment will be available for you to record your 2-minute pitch.

Southwestern College students also have the opportunity to practice their pitch and win some local prizes, before entering the regional competition, at Southwestern College Business Club’s “Jaguar Cage” pitchfest event on March 23, 2016. More details to come…

Live Pitch Competition
Entries to the competition will be screened and finalists will be invited to a live pitch competition at Mesa College on April 8th, 2016.
